About Me

Welcome! I’m Roxane, a trauma-informed embodiment coach passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and unlock their potential. My own healing journey taught me that true transformation begins with permission to feel, express, and heal in a safe, supportive environment. Now, I guide others to do the same through small, consistent steps toward wholeness.

Using self compassion and awareness practices I create a space where clients can explore and integrate their emotions, sensations, and thoughts. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, helping you build resilience, reduce stress, and deepen self-awareness.

1:1 Embodiment Coaching Sessions

In these personalized sessions, we work together to explore your unique experiences, identify areas for growth, and create a path forward. Through mindfulness practices, emotional expression, and somatic awareness, you’ll gain insight into your body’s messages and develop strategies to enhance emotional well-being, heal trauma, reduce stress, and increase self-compassion.
Duration: 60 minutes

Embodiment Support Group

A support group is a safe, welcoming space where individuals come together to explore and deepen their mind-body connection in a collective setting. Led by an experienced embodiment coach, these groups are designed to foster mutual support, personal growth, and shared learning as participants engage in embodied practices, emotional exploration, and mindfulness exercises.
